In symmetrical air cooler / Heat Exchanger piping why Tee with end cap are used instead 90 degree elbow
Is it process requirement / stress requirement....or any other

It's so that the flow is as near as is possible to an equal distribution to each unit.

Take a REAL close look at the drawing of the header piping and the answer will be clear!

Sorry, my fault!
I assumed you would know the difference between a "Schematic Diagram" and a "Dimensional Scale Drawing" or in the case of CAD (which ever one you are using) a full size model of the two different types of fitting make-up connections.
Your other question "Is it process requirement / stress requirement....or any other?"
- It is not a process requirement
- It is not a stress requirement
- It is purely a Dimensional issue
