thankyou anton,

texas flanges don't have flanges of 24''Ø 1500 lbs. only until 12''Ø 1500lbs.

i got a:
flange mate MAF (24''-1500 ANSI) WEIGHT = 12,710 LBS.

SWIVEL RING FLANGE (24''-1500 ANSI) WEIGHT = 4,480 LBS.

WELDED NECK FLANGE (24''-1500 ANSI)= 1000 LBS. BUT I DON'T believe that this correct.

THANKS

Chanock,
I have looked in all of my books plus every place I can think of on the internet, and I cannot find any place where the weights for 1500# falnges are listed for sizes over 12".
I am afraid you are going to have to contact a manufacturer. In addition to the size and rating you will also need to state the material you require. They may also ask for the actual design conditions (pressure & temperature) as this size and rating will be a custom design.

JOP,
For future reference the RGB book has weights for WN flanges up to 16" (510kg)

18", 20" and 24" weights are available on application. I doubt they get much call for them.

If you were desperate we used to work out the weights of steel with the formula
M x M x MM x 7.8 = weight in kgs
just as relevant to flanges just work out the volumes.
