You asked the following question.
"PLS CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH A PDF FILE TUTORIAL ON AUTOCAD"

And you said, "because I want to be a good piper."

Which is it? Do you want to learn AutoCAD or you want to learn to be a good piper? Or is it both?

You see, just because you learn AutoCAD does not mean you automatically also become a good piper. You must understand that learning CAD is a short term effort but learning to be a (good) piper is a very long term effort. If anyone tells you different then you should be skeptical of their motives.

If you want to learn AutoCAD then you can go to any trade school or technical school that has a graphics course and after a few weeks you might become skilled enough to make CAD drawings that look pretty. They will most likely not be correct but they will look nice.

If you want to be a "good piper" then you must find a company that teaches piping to entry level employees or you must find an older experienced piper who can teach you what piping is. You need lots of books on piping and you need an instructor who knows piping and can explain the who, what, when, where, how and why of piping. In a few years (not a few weeks) you will learn enough about piping to be able to do some work without supervision.

Start by reading everything there is on this website. Start a book for yourself by making a copy of each article and report from this website.
Find an older person who you know is experienced in piping and see if he (or she) will be your mentor.

Do it once and Do it Right

Many years ago I worked for a CAD vendor in the North West of England and eventually did some AutoCAD Training. I think it was Version 9 (you had a tablet and second text monitor anyway).

The training course for basic 2D Draughting at the time was 5 days, and then you had only scratched the surface of the program.

So I think that you will be highly unlikely to get hold of an Autocad pdf tutorial!! The reference manual I have at home for Autocad10 is a 300 odd page hardback book!!!
