Which Valve First

I request to all Pipers not to assume anything at anytime in your life..!
Always ask if you have doubts. Some "great" assumptions prove costly later.

Best rule to mention here is "Whenever you are in doubt, pls ask...!"

As said by Jop above, When you see something different on a P&ID you need to pin down the Process Engineer and get a real valid reason for doing "it" what ever "it" is. Piper never ever develop PID & pls don't try to do it anytime there are speciality people for every kind of role while plant design...!
