Piping MTO

Q. How to prepare MTO from P&ID (Suppose we have only P&ID….NO GAD, NO Plan Layout…) How to calculate Pipe Length Fittings.etc
Q. If suppose I give you a assignment to you……to get MTO from P&ID without GAD, Plan Layout..so, what thinks you will ask for me

I think you should read this article once as you have posted the same question on 2 sections of the same forum and so someone can easily come across this cross posting.
