What is the difference in between Vic-Press 316 & Standard Victaulic grooved systems?

As far I know, Vic-Press 316 is for small bore piping & Victaulic grooved system is for large bore piping.
Pl. let me know the clear-cut understanding.

Have you tried to use "Google" to find an answer to this question?

Here is what I found:

It would appear that it does indeed have something to do with Stainless Steel systems.
