valve rating was created by Sachin
For Cl 125FF we are using CL 300 threaded Ball valve as per Spec. Why Cl. 150 threaded ball valve can not be used?
Commodity - drinking water
End connections – pipe (1.5") , A53, S160, galvanized, threaded &
coupled , FBW
Operating Pr & Temp. = Normal
Corrosion allowance = 0.125"

Thanks & Regards
Sachin

Go back and look at that Ball valve again. I don't think you have it right.
-You said that you have 1-1/2 inch line and a threaded valve.
-Class 300 and Class 150 refer to Flanges

Go here:
www.flowserve.com/vgnfiles/Files ... 065-00.pdf

Scroll down to page 4 and you will see valves identified as "800WOG"
These valves are general purpose Ball valves for low pressure, low temperature Waler, Oil and Gas (WOG).

This might be more what you should use.
