To clarify, ASME B31.3 and ASME / ANSI B31.3 are the same.

Ive check my copy of the B31.3. It just says ASME B31.3-2002 Process Piping. With No reference being made to ANSI. I remember that the ANSI designation was dropped way back in the mid-90's.

Yes, Juan, you are correct, the ANSI designation was dropped, but you should still be aware of it, as you will see it on older drawings and specs.
