Did anyone read this book? I did. It is written by JOP and is really a great book!! Maybe other members have seen it.

I also have a copy of James' book.
It is a very good book.
For anyone not familiar with it, it is recommended reading for anyone in a leadership function within piping.

This should be required reading for all pipers and managers. Very well written from someone who has worked in the trenches.

It is a book for everyone who wants to becoame a successful Leader in Piping Design one day..! Piping itself is a complex subject but Jop wrote it in a simplest possible way hence it is easy to understand & practice as per the same.
